The data controller is MASTER INVESTMENT sp. z o.o., Rondo Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych 1, 00-124 Warsaw, operating under the Master Taxi brand. We will use your data to handle your application and to contact you about work, cooperation or car rental.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, in employee recruitment, the applicable labour law provisions (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); additional voluntary data is processed on the basis of consent. We keep the data until your application or the recruitment process is closed, with the exceptions described in the policy.
You have the rights set out in the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, the right to object and to data portability. You may withdraw your consent. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
